Job Description Financial Administrator/Accounts Receivable Specialist Horizon Healthcare Staffing is searching for a Financial Administrator / Accounts Receivable Specialist for our office located in Hicksville, New York Horizon Healthcare Staffing is a NY Metropolitan Area leader in supplying temporary and permanent healthcare workers to hospitals, school districts, governmental agencies, and other healthcare facilities. Job Details: Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, may require some paid overtime hours on Monday and Tuesdays Pay range: $22-$25 per hour depending on experience, plus paid time off and company-sponsored health care plan and 401K Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of collections including researching open invoices and phone calls to clients Coordinating with the Payroll and Billing Department to resolve client issues Processing credit card payments from clients Issuing credits and debits Establishing and revising systems to improve the efficiency of the collections process Other duties as required Requirements: Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be a detail-oriented person Must have very strong math and analytical skills Must have very good customer service skills A college degree is a plus A minimum of 5 years of applicable/related work experience Company Description Horizon Healthcare Staffing has been providing healthcare staffing services in the New York and New Jersey Metropolitan area since 1992.
