JOIN NYCB's Domestic Premier Banking Team!! We are seeking experienced Business Bankers at all levels, from Relations Management Assistants/Client Services &Ops Assistants to Relationship Managers/Client Services &Ops Managers, to join our Domestic Premier Banking team! Positions are based out of our New York - Hicksville, Long Island location. Relations Management Assistant Assists the Relationship Managers in all aspects of the sales and service of deposit products to clients who are primarily Commercial Real Estate or Multi-Family loan customers. Prepares, submits and scans business folders assuring completion according Domestic Premier Banking procedures. Communicates with clients and prospects as directed by the Relationship Manager. Client Services &Ops Assistant Responsible for providing customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services in accordance with the rules, regulations and guidelines of the bank. Processes a variety of customer service transactions. Participates in the development of client relationships, primarily in connection with Commercial Real Estate and Multi-Family loan transactions, by cross-selling bank products and services as appropriate. Participates in operations functions of the department. Provides routine support to Relationship Managers as needed. Relationship Manager A Relationship Manager possesses the knowledge and experience to proactively develop, retain and expand the deposit relationships of borrowing clients and on-board new deposit relationships, and related cash management and business services required in connection with Commercial Real Estate and Multi-Family loan transactions. Provides premier service to clients and seeks additional deposits beyond what is required for a loan transaction. Client Services &Ops Manager The Client Services and Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and client services functions of Lending Premier Banking, primarily in connection with Commercial Real Estate and Multi-Family loan transactions. Ensures that all operations and transactions of the department are consistent with established NYCB policies and procedures. Responsible for the maintenance and supervision of all departmental workflows, including proactively coordinating, managing and monitoring operations by administering and enforcing all policies, procedures and activities as required.
