JOB SUMMARY
A Business Engagement Success Team (BEST), Implementation Specialist works closely with our large business and municipal/government customer base to assess their business banking needs, goals, and objectives.
Acts as a single point of contact for both the customer, the various Back Office Teams and RBOO Management. Provides reporting and status updates as well as works on testing and standup of the various solutions in each system. Works with multiple internal departments i.e., BSA, Compliance, IT, to assure requisite customer documentation provided for a successful account and services setup and launch.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• 
  
• Develops strong working relationships with new customers to ensure successful new account setup and launch of services.
  
• Assists customers in the implementation process, identifies potential issues and works with departments across the organization to provide timely solutions or workarounds.
  
• Provides ongoing support and a single point of contact for customers during and immediately after the implementation process.
  
• Interacts with internal business units to ensure timely delivery of requisite documentation to provide for smooth and timely launch of services.
  
• Tracks progress of implementation, provides follows up on outstanding issues, and provides status updates to appropriate areas.
  
• Tests various services and works on configuration and standup in each applicable system
  
• Proactively manages customer service issues; enlisting aide of various department contacts to resolve issues when required.
  
• Makes recommendations for process improvements based on customer launch experiences.
  
• Performs special projects and additional duties and responsibilities when required.
  
• When performing the responsibilities of the job, employees are accountable to follow Sarbanes-Oxley and Regulatory compliance as applicable to internal control policies and procedures.
