Job Description We are seeking an organized, dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant The candidate will perform clerical and administrative functions in a multidimensional office environment in order to drive the various businesses success. Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Prepare and/or process invoices, purchase orders and related documents Communicate with customers and vendors Plan and schedule client appointments and events and cultivate/follow up on new business leads Greet and assist onsite guests as well as customers Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Provide administrative support to others within office suite Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ---Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Word, Excel a must and knowledge of PowerPoint and QuickBooks is preferred.
