Job Description Job Description Our NYC based client is seeking
a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive & Personal
Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, logistical, and
personal support to a senior executive. This individual will act as
a trusted partner, ensuring the executive's professional and
personal priorities are managed efficiently and with discretion.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in
a fast-paced environment. This role will require you to be in
office five days per week and the hours are 9-5pm. Comprehensive
benefits are offered. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage
complex calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, and ongoing
time optimization. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track
follow-up actions. Handle high-volume email correspondence,
flagging priorities and drafting responses as needed. Coordinate
domestic and international travel, including flights,
accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting. Support
preparation of presentations, reports, and communications. Serve as
a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive business matters at all
times. Assist with project management, internal tracking, and
execution of business initiatives. Personal Assistant Support
Manage personal calendar, appointments, reservations, and event
planning. Assist with personal errands, gift buying, household
coordination, and vendor management. Oversee travel arrangements
for family/personal needs when required. Handle special projects
such as research, personal purchases, or home-related organization
tasks. Maintain a high degree of privacy and professionalism around
personal matters. Qualifications 3 years of experience as an
Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management
skills. Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
independently. High emotional intelligence and strong
relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
suite, calendar tools, and digital collaboration platforms. Ability
to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to rapidly shifting demands.
Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential
information. Preferred Skills Experience supporting C-Suite or
senior leadership. Project coordination or event planning skills.
Tech-savvy with comfort learning new systems and tools. Strong
writing, editing, and professional communication abilities. Pay
Details: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year Search managed by:
