talented and experienced Construction Project Manager for projects
in the Long Island area with experience overseeing sophisticated
Academic Research projects where the construction budget exceeds

Responsibilities - Serve as Point of Contact to Client and
Consultants - Lead the project team as the Client’s On-site
Representative for all project matters - Provide regular evaluation
of project schedule and budget, identifying any deviations from
plan and offering proposed solutions needed to meet project goals -
Provide QA/QC oversight for internal project team Qualifications -
Minimum 10 years of successful construction project management
experience with emphasis on major healthcare projects - Bachelor’s
degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
combination of experience and education - Recognized ability to
lead and motivate both internal and project teams - Strong
communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from
tradespeople to facility executives - Demonstrated project success
in meeting project budgets and schedules We are committed to your

package and a positive work environment - Compensation: Minimum:
$160,000 Maximum: $230,000. The range we provided is the salary
that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this position
is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation
will be determined on the individual candidates’ qualifications and
location - The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the
United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
