We are currently looking for a friendly, reliable, and compassionate Child Watch Attendant to join our team. Job Responsibilities: Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for children while parents participate in fitness classes or activities. Supervise children in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Set up and organize toys, games, and activities to ensure an enjoyable experience for children. Maintain a clean and organized child watch area, ensuring it meets health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with parents and staff to address any concerns regarding the children in your care. Enforce studio policies regarding child watch, ensuring a safe and structured environment. Respond calmly and professionally to any emergencies or issues that may arise. Requirements: Experience working with children in a daycare, babysitting, or related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage the needs of multiple children at once. Patience, kindness, and a genuine passion for working with children. First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment. High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
