We have strong member demand for trainers who are particularly comfortable working with female clients and who understand the coaching needs, preferences, and sensitivities of women in a fitness environment. Candidates with experience training female clientele are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective one-on-one training sessions Build strong rapport and maintain client engagement and retention Provide floor coverage and proactive member interaction Support PT consultations, onboarding, and follow-up processes Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and brand standards at all times Qualifications Current nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) 13 years of personal training or coaching experience preferred CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Strong communication skills with a professional, client-centric presence Experience or comfort working with female clientele Ability to work mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed Passion for coaching, motivation, and helping members achieve results Compensation & Benefits Competitive session rates Complimentary gym membership Opportunities for advancement within a growing ownership group
