Job Description:

Hazen is currently seeking applicants for a Mid-Level Structural Engineer for a full-time employment opportunity in our Northeast Region. Prospective applicants must have between 8-12 years of experience and have a BS degree in Civil Engineering (MS or MCE preferred) with a Structural Concentration from an ABET accredited institution. Prospective applicants must also have a Professional Engineering (PE) license.

• This position will require skills in the analysis, design, and construction of environmental structures such as Industrial Buildings, Pump Stations, Process Basins, and Treatment Facilities. The selected individual will lead the structural design and construction administration responsibilities for major projects involving upgrades to wastewater, water, and reclaimed water treatment plants.
• Experience in design and construction of structural steel, reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, and aluminum is required as well as knowledge of applicable building codes, design standards including ACI 318 and 350, AISC, ASCE, and structural analysis and design software.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD required.
• Candidates must be an effective communicator and be able to successfully work in a multi-discipline team environment.
