Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sr. Facilities Engineer with our consumer finance lender firm client. This is a 3 month + contract with right to hire position.Location:1 Position is based in Salt Lake City (covering facilities in Sandy and South Jordan)1 Position is based in Orlando, Florida (covering facilities in Lake Mary & Orlando area). Occasional travel to Pittsburgh, PA and/or Woodbury, NY may be required.Summary: Seeking a Sr. Facilities Engineer. Responsibilities: The Sr Facilities Engineer plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation and integrity of critical building systems and data center facilities. Provide initial response and restoration of service for any failures. Oversee scheduling of critical vendors. Create and Implement maintenance plans. Provide input and suggestions regarding potential improvements or enhancements to systems or equipment. Compile pertinent information on building operating systems to support development of required designs and plans. Develop emergency operational procedures (EOP's). Requirements: Detailed knowledge of operations within generators (ATS), UPS- power supply/source, HVAC/CRAC and fire suppression.
