Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for a Service Manager opening with a top Fortune 500 company providing products and services for clients including uniforms, floor care, restroom supplies, first aid and safety products, fire extinguishers and testing, and safety and compliance training.

Position Details:
--- Title: Service Manager
--- Location: Ledgewood, CT
--- Shift: M-F; with flex hours/days depending on client needs
--- Compensation: $77k - $86k
--- Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Annual bonus, Company phone/computer, Vehicle allowance/package Total Comp -$110k-120k

--- Travel: 10%, occasional overnight

Position Description:
A service manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to clients or customers. The service manager will oversee a team of service professionals and ensure that the team meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements:
--- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or management
--- 3+ years of experience in service management or a related field
--- Strong leadership and people management skills
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
--- Analytical and problem-solving skills
--- Customer-focused mindset
--- Ability to relocate will accelerate promotion capability into a General Manager role
