Job Description Job Description Private Duty RN STAT Opportunities Throughout Northeast NJPaid One-to-One Training Provided As a STAT nurse with BAYADA, you’ll train to become part of our highest skilled nursing team, assisting clients coming home from the hospital, and helping cover last-minute openings, all while providing care for our clients where they thrive best, at home. In return, our STAT nurses are paid at a premium rate. In partnership with your Clinical Managers, you’ll work to ensure the client’s needs are being met according to their care plan, while delivering personalized 1:1 nursing care. RN Hourly Rate Range - $50.00 - $55.00 - Training Rate - $35.00/hour - On-Going Case - $50.00/hour - New Admissions - $53.00/hour - Peer Precepting - $52.00 - $55.00/hour Qualifications for STAT Nurses : - Current NJ RN license in good standing - Must be willing to work throughout northeast NJ (Passaic County or Bergen & Hudson Counties) - Must have Trach/Vent Experience, preferably in a homecare setting. - Experience with Infants / Pediatrics, preferred Paid Training Provided - Experience in Home Healthcare preferred Paid Training Provided - Must be available to work a minimum of two, twelve hour day or overnight shifts per week. Day Shift (7a-7p or 8a-8p) Overnight Shift (7pm-7am or 8pm-8am) - Must be available to work one weekend shift per month.
