Pay Information $2,800 to $2,900 per week About The Position Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Case Management - Utilization Review) Bronx, NY 10457 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift Details Days – Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) 37.5 guaranteed hours/week 1-hour lunch break Weekend/Holiday coverage rare, only with manager approval No on-call required Role & Responsibilities Discharge planning for Med-Surg or Tele floors Caseload: ~17–25 patients (depending on unit) Coordinate with interdisciplinary team, round with physicians Referrals for SNF, Home, Shelter Packets, Dialysis, Wound Vacs, etc. Must function independently and manage time effectively Charting System Allscripts Dress Code Business Casual or any color scrubs (except Royal Blue or Maroon) Lab coat provided 27987007EXPTEMP Job Requirements Required Experience & Licenses 1 year of inpatient case management experience (must be able to manage ~20 patients) BSN required Active NY RN license BLS certification PRI (Patient Review Instrument) Certification SCREEN Training Certification (both can be completed online, ~$300 each) Learn More about PRI/SCREEN Preferred Experience Prior critical care experience Knowledge of CarePort, MCG, and/or InterQual Utilization Review e.xperience a plus 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Change environments regularly to prevent burnout, maintaining enthusiasm and passion for your nursing career.
