Job Description Job Description Job description Neighborhood Health Centers of the Lehigh Valley (NHCLV) is looking for a Pharmacist for our budding program. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) whose mission is to provide primary and preventative health and wellness services in the Lehigh Valley, regardless of a person's ability to pay. We strive to do this directly and in partnership with other organizations, with a goal of creating a primary health care home for an underserved community. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Pharmacist's primary role is to dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently. The Pharmacist also reviews patient medication histories and ensure safe and appropriate medication use. Provide counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and potential drug interactions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Experience: Pharmacist: 3 years (Required) Language: Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: Licensed Pharmacist in PA (Required)
