Our reputable healthcare organization is looking for a skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to provide exceptional care in a dynamic, community-focused environment. This role offers a unique chance to work alongside a supportive team dedicated to delivering comprehensive women's health services, including obstetric and gynecologic care, in a well-equipped facility. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care, including deliveries at a neighboring hospital with approximately 1,500 annual deliveries. Support a multidisciplinary team comprising five OB providers, midwives, and support staff. Manage an average of 14 patient visits per day, with patient encounters every 30 minutes. Respond to 24-hour hospital call shifts approximately once every week, scheduled flexibly across any day of the week. Utilize onsite ultrasound technology and coordinate with hospital resources to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system (eClinicalWorks). Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to support patient care and department operations. Required Skills: Active NY State medical license. Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology; Board eligible candidates cannot be considered. DEA certification. Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology. Ability to manage a high-volume patient load efficiently and compassionately. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with ultrasound procedures. Prior experience working in a community health setting. Multilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations. Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly eClinicalWorks. Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of OB/GYN practice experience post-residency. Previous experience managing deliveries and outpatient clinic care. Other Requirements: Credentialing process expected to take 60-90 days. Must have reliable transportation; mileage or car rental reimbursement may be available. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work a 24-hour call shift every week and outpatient clinic days. This position begins on March 2, 2026. Compensation: Hourly pay rate: $222.30.
