As the Client Services Manager, you'll serve as the key bridge
between new or recently onboarded facilities and our RPM services.
You'll foster strong relationships with facility stakeholders while
overseeing the implementation of RPM equipment and services. This
is a manager-level role responsible for guiding a team of up to 10
medtech professionals, ensuring seamless onboarding, technical
support, and customer satisfaction - all while blending in-office
oversight with frequent travel to facilities. Responsibilities
Build and maintain rapport with facility leadership and staff to
establish strong working relationships. Act as the primary liaison
between external partners and facility teams during the rollout of
RPM services. Oversee the deployment and technical operations of
Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) systems and medical devices Explain
and demonstrate our RPM services and machines to facility
stakeholders. Lead and manage a med tech team (up to 10 direct
reports), setting performance expectations and providing coaching
and support. Provide exceptional customer service - responding to
questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth facility
experience. Balance onsite presence with travel: approximately 50%
in-office coordination and 50% onsite at facilities. Secure travel
reimbursement and ensure accurate reporting of travel activities.
Requirements 2–3 years of experience in medical equipment
deployment, sales, or technical customer service - especially with
devices like EKGs, ultrasound machines, or RPM systems. Proven
ability to establish trust and collaborate effectively with
healthcare facility teams. Strong technical acumen to explain and
troubleshoot medical equipment and RPM technologies
Customer-service oriented mindset with polished communication
skills. Managerial experience, with ability to directly supervise
and develop a medtech team. Willingness to travel extensively (50%
onsite) and manage reimbursement protocols. Self-motivated and
adaptable—comfortable working across locations and with remote
teams. Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk
/ work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day Benefits Health Dental
