Associates Location: Hybrid (1 Day in each office of Freehold/Toms
River, NJ | 3 Days Remote) Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 Base
Quarterly Bonuses Schedule: 4 or 5-Day Work Week | Only 2 Days

quarterly bonuses based on your caseload and experience. Your Role
& Impact As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will:
Deliver Evidence-Based Care: Provide high-level individual
counseling and clinical consultation. Drive Patient Outcomes: Help
patients reach functional milestones through personalized
Individual Care Plans. Collaborate: Engage with a supportive,
professional peer group that values clinician well-being as much as
patient health. What We’re Looking For Licensure: Valid NJ State
License ( LCSW or LPC ) is required. Experience: 1 year of
post-graduate experience is preferred. Availability: Ability to
work some evening hours to meet patient needs. Credentials: Already
in-network with Medicare/Commercial insurance? Great! If not, we
will help you through the process. Reliability: Must be 21 and able
to pass comprehensive background checks. Benefits $85k – $95k Base
