We are currently seeking compassionate, attentive, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. In this role, you will support our mission of providing individualized care by assisting our senior residents with daily activities, healthcare needs, and wellness routines. This position requires a genuine desire to support the well-being of elderly individuals, ensuring their day-to-day living is as fulfilling and comfortable as possible. Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Ensure accurate tracking of resident health data and timely communication of any changes Support a range of motion exercises, and escort residents to/from meals and activities within the facility Monitor and report changes in resident health, behavior, and needs to nursing or medical staff Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of resident rooms and common areas Adhere to professional standards, facility policies, and state regulations in all actions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathy and patience with elderly residents Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain resident confidentiality Physical endurance and strength necessary for lifting or assisting residents Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State-certified Nursing Assistant certification Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification recommended
