Job Description:
At AccentCare, we're seeking a Clinical Manager / RN for our
Hospice division, dedicated to delivering high-quality end-of-life
care. This position leads a team of nursing professionals, ensuring
compassionate, efficient, and effective patient care. This role
balances clinical leadership with administrative duties, driving
adherence to healthcare regulations and company standards while
fostering an empathetic environment for patients and their
families. Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations
of the hospice care team. Ensure that patient care is provided with
the highest standards of quality and ethics. Develop and supervise
team schedules and duties. Implement policies that enhance
patient-centered care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for team
members. Maintain open lines of communication between patients,
families, and the healthcare team. Monitor and evaluate treatment
plans and adapt as necessary. Strong leadership and team management
skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in hospice and palliative care practices. Adept in
clinical assessment and decision-making. Capable of handling stress
and operating in a dynamic environment. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. Certified Hospice and Palliative
Nurse (CHPN) preferred.
