Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking a Physician Quality Lead to join
our team in overseeing HIV/Hepatitis, STI, Tuberculosis, and PREP
care across multiple locations in Patchogue, Amityville, and
Brentwood. About the Opportunity: Shift: Days Schedule: 4 Days
Clinical, 1 Day Admin Hours: Full-time Setting: Multi-location
(Patchogue, Amityville, Brentwood) Responsibilities: Providing
Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine care for patients with
HIV, Hepatitis, and STI Participating in Tuberculosis care with the
local Department of Health Participating in Case Conferences with
care managers Managing general outpatient infectious disease
referrals Collaborating with Internal Medicine, Family Medicine,
Women's Health, MDs, NPs, and PAs Qualifications: Doctorate Degree
(MD, DO) Active/Valid license as an MD or DO in New York State,
DEA, Board certification Leadership experience in Infectious
Disease specialty Ability to work with diverse patient populations
in a community health setting
