Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Position Purpose The 12-month Nurse Residency Program at Saint Mary's Hospital in Waterbury , CT, is designed for any Registered Nurse RN with less than 1-year of nursing experience to expand the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required of a Registered Nurse to move from entry-level competence toward proficiency and expertise. What you will do Develop clinical judgment and decision?making Deliver safe, evidence?based, people?centered care Build leadership skills at the bedside Apply research and best practices in daily care Learn through collaboration with educators, preceptors, and peers.
