Doctor of Medicine | Cardiology - General/Other Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ Employer: Curative Pay: $400,000 to $525,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Advanced Cardiac Imaging in Northern New Jersey Build and Lead a New Imaging Program | 30 Minutes from New York City | Monday through Friday A growing multi-specialty organization in Northern New Jersey is looking for a fellowship-trained cardiac imager to launch and lead a new cardiac imaging service line across four established clinical sites. This is not a role you step into and maintain. It is one you step into and build, with the clinical autonomy, functional leadership, and institutional support to shape how imaging is delivered across an expanding group. Practice Details Launch and lead a new cardiac imaging service line across four multi-specialty hubs Initial focus of approximately 75 percent imaging and 25 percent general cardiology, with flexibility to evolve over time Full-spectrum imaging, including CT, MRI, echo, nuclear, and EKG interpretation, supported by Fuji PACS and Athena EMR Functional leadership role guiding imaging standards, workflow, and integration across all sites Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday with no weekend clinic responsibilities Minimal to no inpatient work based on clinical preference Primary site is flexible with travel between locations to support imaging coverage Call structure determined collaboratively during the interview process Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary with quality and productivity incentives Signing bonus available Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, CME allowance, malpractice with tail, and generous PTO Retirement plan with immediate vesting, paid licensure, commuter benefits, and family planning support Candidate Requirements Board Certified in Cardiology with fellowship training in Advanced Cardiac Imaging Proficient across all major cardiac imaging modalities At least one year of post-training experience required Live and Work in Northern New Jersey Northern New Jersey puts you in some of the most desirable suburban communities in the country, with excellent schools, strong neighborhoods, and New York City about 30 minutes away.
