Job Description:
Located along scenic waterfront property in Brooklyn, NY, our
Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care have earned a reputation
for providing quality and compassionate care delivered through
programs and services that support individuals needing short-stay
or long-term inpatient care. - Assess and on-going evaluation of
the resident - Plan implement and evaluate nursing care for
assigned resident - Document ongoing assessment of resident status
- Administer medications and IVs and other procedures in accordance
with physician's orders and policy and procedure - Collaborate with
the interdisciplinary team and the resident’s family - Provides
clinical supervision of LPN’s and C.N.A.’s - Graduate from an
accredited school of nursing - NYS licensure as an RN - Valid BCLS
- Good oral and written communication skills - Good interpersonal
skills
