Job Description Nassau Candy is a premier manufacturer, importer
and distributor of candy, specialty confections, gourmet foods and
customized products. We are seeking strong Customer Service
Representatives with CRM experience to join our candy distribution

And Pet Insurance Functions: Maintain great customer service and
pleasant communication with all new and existing clients. Work on a
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and Excel daily.
Manage large amounts of incoming calls Handle customers from the
credit application stage, through order processing, logistics and
returns and issues. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate
solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
Continually develop new product knowledge. "Go the extra mile" to
engage customers. Qualifications: Knowledge of distribution
operations and systems a plus. Customer service/order entry
experience in a multi-warehouse national distribution business.
Experience using / proficiency in Excel and Outlook a must. Must
have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be
comfortable working in an open office in a fast-paced environment.
