Job Description:

HumanHire is working with one of the largest distribution companies on Long Island to help find a Customer Service Coordinator for their office in Woodbury. This company has been in business on Long Island for over 75 years & has operations in over 35 countries across 4 continents!

Salary: $40,000-$45,000 per year plus opportunities for you to make 50% of your salary in monthly bonuses (no sales at all!)

Benefits: Dental, Health, Vision, 401K match, PTO & life insurance

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM

Customer Service Coordinator responsibilities:

Field incoming calls from customers, vendors, and financial institutions to address inquiries
Coordinate deliveries, resolve delivery issues, provide shipping updates, and maintain follow-up procedure reports
Ensure that customers have all necessary paperwork & payment set up in order to process transactions
Place outbound calls to customers to confirm delivery of shipment
Answer customer inquiries as they arise and manage complaints

Customer Service Coordinator qualifications:

At least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office setting
Bachelor's degree
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Proficient computer skills & comfortability talking over the phone
Types 45 WPM
