Clean Harbors, the North American leader in specialized environmental and industrial services, is seeking a Senior Sales Route Driver with a valid CDL who is committed to safety and sustainability. This role involves managing and driving sales routes primarily handling hazardous waste transportation. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, contribute to our mission of making the environment cleaner, safer, and more sustainable, and work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and expanding our client base. Drive sales and service initiatives to meet company targets for growth and profitability. Transport hazardous wastes under stringent guidelines and adhere to state and federal regulations. Plan and manage route schedule and client interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer information. Uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness in all operations. Coordinate with sales and environmental teams to ensure correct disposal and processing of materials. Assist in emergency response situations involving hazardous materials spills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Expertise in handling hazardous materials. Proficiency in maintaining and operating transportation equipment. Ability to manage schedules and routes efficiently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
