We offer our guests: Year round indoor/outdoor Rooftop Bar and Lounge atop The Element Hotel Handcrafted cocktails and locally crafted brews, collective menu inspired small plates from all around the world Private, catered events; serving parties from 10 to 300 guests Guests can enjoy our fireplaces and views of inspiring NYC skyline and Teterboro Airport Only rooftop bar in Wood-Ridge As Bartender, you will Enhance the guests' experiences through the passion for the craft and a depth of knowledge in mixology Bring our luxury, unique, hand-crafted cocktails to life, with your attention to detail and excellence in execution Work in fast-paced environment, where you will demonstrate a genuine desire to deliver true hospitality and create authentic guest connections Bring your unique personality to the position and the team Show true teamwork by performing tasks and functions outside of your typical duties, as needed Keys to Success - Required Experience & Skills Must be 21 years of age or older 2 years' experience as a professional bartender in a high-volume lounge, bar, or bar focused restaurant is REQUIRED Demonstrated knowledge and experience with premium spirits and wines Craft cocktail experience is Preferred, but not required Charisma, showmanship, and the true desire to help guests enjoy their experience Benefits Advancement Opportunities - We promote from within!
