JOB SUMMARY
A Retail Quality Review Analyst works under direct supervision of the Retail Quality Review Management Team. Performs Continuous Monitoring and Targeted Assessments analysis and research identifying whether the Retail Back Office Operations are in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and laws. Reporting issues to Retail Quality Review Management Team for further escalation. The Retail Quality Review Analyst, in conjunction with the Retail Quality Review Management Team, will provides on-going support of the Retail Quality Oversight Control & Compliance & Product Development Assessment Program.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Review and monitoring of calls within the Customer Contact Center, eRisk Online Banking, Cash Management, and Card Services Calls to ensure they are providing the appropriate level of customer service, including those outlined in the Customer Experience Guide.
Validation and reporting on a sampling of Domestic Premier Banking Department's recorded faxed and emailed wire call-back confirmations.
Verification of Interest Rate Records to identify unauthorized changes; and to confirm and changes to the Interest Rate Records have been performed appropriately and with proper approval.
Verification of the supporting documentation for Total Protection Restriction Removed and Deceased Depositor Restriction Removed, reporting issues to Retail Quality Review Management for further review and escalation.
Conduct Continuous Monitoring and Targeted Assessments of Retail Back Office and Retail Quality Oversight Control & Compliance & Product Development Programs. Runs analysis, performs research, and reporting for Continuous Monitoring, Targeted Assessments and Retail Quality Oversight Control & Compliance & Product Development Programs as directed.
Perform an appropriate level of testing based upon the defined scope of the Retail Quality Review Continuous Monitoring, Targeted Assessments and Retail Quality Oversight Control & Compliance & Product Development Programs.
Identify and document in a clear and concise manner with adequate detail and conclusions on exceptions, ensuring they are based on relevant facts and are accurately characterized based on risk and delivered according to established departmental deadlines.
Develops and maintains knowledge of internal controls, regulatory requirements, banking compliance, policy/procedures and applies knowledge to the Retail Quality Review Continuous Monitoring, Targeted Assessment and Retail Quality Oversight Control & Compliance & Product Development Programs.
Fosters positive working relationships with the Retail Quality Review Department Team and staff of the Retail Back Office Operations and the Retail Branch Network.
Manages time to meet established deadlines, providing on-going reporting on schedules and problems encountered, recommending applicable solutions.
Participates in training as required or recommended by the Retail Quality Review Management Team.
Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Where applicable and when performing the responsibilities of the job, employees are accountable to maintain compliance and adhere to internal control policies and procedures.
May conduct on-site Branch Assessments of the Retail Banking network.

Job Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years' related experience, and banking preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Comprehensive knowledge of banking and internal controls with the ability to apply the knowledge to the Continuous Monitoring and Targeted Assessments.
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
Computer literate with advanced proficiency in internet navigation, word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and customer service skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Detail oriented.
Exercises sound judgment
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work, and meet established deadlines.
Ability to work independently, with little or no direct supervision, in an objective and honest manner.
Ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
