Job Description:

JOB SUMMARYUnder direct supervision, provides report generation support, identifying trends and supplies breakdowns for the Human Resources units. Identifies positive and/or negative trends. Provides administrative support for the Quality Control Unit.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPrepares the HR Report of Proposed Future Employee Changes & ExEmployee Notification Report ensuring accuracy of information and timely distribution. Prepares and identifies trends utilizing various unit reports. Audits specifically identified HR data housed in various HRIS systems (including but not limited to ADP, Express HR, OnBase, ETS, Complement) to ensure the accuracy/completeness of data. Reviews periodic management reports, identifying exceptions and trends for communication and action by other HR units. Assists in determining potential causes for deficiencies and recommend appropriate solution. Reads and routes incoming mail, responds to employee inquiries, composes and types routine correspondence (email). Order and distribute supplies for the unit and keep materials in supply room organized and maintained.Job Requirements:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent. Two years related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES PC Proficient, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a plus.
