Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Nephrologist to diagnose, treat, and manage kidney-related conditions in a high-quality, patient-focused clinical environment. The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and evaluate kidney function Diagnose kidney-related diseases and create individualized care plans Manage acute and chronic renal conditions Recommend and coordinate dialysis treatment as appropriate Administer medications and adjust treatment plans as needed Refer patients to surgeons when required Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Doctoral degree (MD or DO) BC/BE in Internal Medicine Completion of an accredited Nephrology fellowship Strong organizational, diagnostic, and critical-thinking skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
