Technology Development Program Associate - 2023 Key Role Details
Full-time new hires for this role will start as a cohort in a
rotational program either February 2023 or August 2023. This role
is a full-time associate position within a 18-month rotational
program, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next
generation of leading talent. At this time, Capital One will not

position. Basic Qualifications Currently has, or is in the process
of obtaining, a Bachelors or higher with an expectation that degree
will be obtained by August 2023 or earlier. Preferred
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or
quantitative discipline, including computer science, computer
engineering, information systems, information technology, and
mathematics Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and
conceptual skills Strong interpersonal, leadership and
communication skills Intermediate to advanced programming skills or
experience in one or more of the following areas: Java, .net,
asp.net, PHP, Python, Objective C, C#, C/C++, Perl, XML, JSON, UML,
JavaScript, Visual Basic, Swift, Go, Kotlin, HTML, SQL, PL/SQL,

work on everything from customer-facing web and mobile applications
using cutting-edge open source frameworks, to highly-available
RESTful services, to back-end Java based systems using the hottest
