Location: Hybrid Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally

Job Summary:
The Technology lead will play a pivotal role in designing and
implementing innovative solutions using AWS technologies. With a
focus on and the candidate will ensure robust and scalable
architectures. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of
experience ideally with exposure to Property & Casualty Insurance
domain in a hybrid work model during day shifts.
Roles and responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled
Technology Specialist with 10 to 14 years of experience
specializing in . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical
background and a good understanding of claim registration. Lead the
design and implementation of solutions to meet business
requirements. - Oversee the integration of with other systems and
platforms. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for
-related issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
ensure seamless deployment and operation of . - Develop and
maintain documentation for configurations and processes. - Conduct
training sessions for team members on best practices. - Monitor and
optimize the performance of to ensure high availability and
reliability. - Implement security measures to protect sensitive
data within . - Stay updated with the latest developments in and
related technologies. - Participate in the evaluation and selection
of new tools and technologies to enhance the ecosystem. - Provide

Possess a strong technical background with 10 to 14 years of
experience in technology roles. - Demonstrate expertise in

salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending
on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
