you’ll be part of a team that designs and delivers complete
switchgear solutions. As the Switchgear Project Coordinator ,
you’ll work closely with Sales, Engineering, and customers to
develop accurate, timely quotations that support competitive bids
and drive project wins. This is a full-time, on-site role at our
New Hyde Park, NY office. Salary Range: $20 - $25/hour Benefits

Opportunities for Growth Switchgear Project Coordinator
Responsibilities Quote and manage small switchgear and control
panel projects from start to finish Prepare accurate and detailed
project quotations and securing pricing for bids Manage customer
accounts ensuring accuracy Upload service tickets and job cards to
Excel based job tracking sheet Review job and parts order status
Enter Bill of Materials for jobs File service tickets, invoices,
and packing slips Establish and maintain relationships with
customers and vendors providing best in class customer service
Communicate with clients professionally and respond to all
inquiries promptly Resolve any issues or delays Oversee several
aspects of a project at the same time Follow-up with contractors
and internal teams Manage freight damage claims Switchgear Project
Coordinator Qualifications Sales oriented, self-starter who is
willing and eager to gain product and service knowledge Aptitude
for learning Strong customer service skills Ability to negotiate,
solve problems, and close with customers Strong verbal and written
communication skills, including phone and email Ability to
prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast
paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment Ability to work
under tight deadlines Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal
formats Proven proficiency in general personal computer
applications, as well as in the use of Microsoft Office software,
including Word and Excel Ability to work well both in a team
environment and independently Valid driver’s license to operate
company vehicles as needed Physical Requirements Ability to sit for
prolonged periods of time Ability to utilize a computer keyboard,
computer monitor, computer mouse, adding machine, and telephone for
prolonged periods of time You will be in a
