Job Description:
This position is open to U.S. Citizens only . Job Summary We are
seeking an experienced Senior Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant to
support and lead end-to-end Kinaxis implementations. The ideal
candidate will possess strong functional expertise in supply chain
planning and hands-on experience configuring and delivering Kinaxis
RapidResponse solutions. This role involves close collaboration
with business stakeholders, project teams, and solution architects
to design, implement, and support scalable supply chain planning
solutions. Key Responsibilities Understand complex supply chain
planning challenges and provide expert guidance on Kinaxis
RapidResponse implementations. Collaborate with project teams and
solution architects to design business processes leveraging Kinaxis
capabilities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into
functional and technical Kinaxis solutions. Design, build,
configure, and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse applications. Lead
implementation activities including configuration, testing,
deployment, training, and knowledge transfer. Develop and maintain
technical and functional documentation. Provide post-implementation
technical support and troubleshoot application issues. Coordinate
with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful
project delivery. Essential Skills & Qualifications Strong
understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand
Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP. Hands-on experience in
configuring and customizing Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions. Proven
experience managing Kinaxis implementation projects and
coordinating stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills with high
attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication
skills in English. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related
field. 4 years of hands-on Kinaxis implementation experience
(overall experience: 6–8 years). Kinaxis Solution Consultant
Certification – Level 1 or above. Experience in developing and
maintaining technical and functional documentation. Desirable
Skills Exposure to advanced Kinaxis modules and integrations.
Experience working in global or multi-country supply chain
environments. Knowledge of data integration, ETL, or ERP systems
(SAP, Oracle, etc.).
