The successful candidate will work closely with our partner and focus in the no-fault insurance defense space. Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings and depositions
• Manage case files and provide regular updates to clients and senior attorneys
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex cases
• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolutions
• Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as requiredQualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in New York
  • 2+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in civil defense with experience in no-fault insurance defense
