Job Description Job Description 1st Shift Warehouse Lead needed in Nazareth, PA! Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Nazareth, PA in their search for a Warehouse Lead. Job Details: Pay Rate: $19-22/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire Location: Nazareth, PA Responsibilities: Lead and support daily work activities of warehouse team Ensure warehouse tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with schedules Promote and maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment Monitor team workflow and progress, providing guidance as needed Assist the supervisor and management team with implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and safe warehouse practices Maintain accurate records and documentation of warehouse activities Communicate regularly with the supervisor to support safe and effective operations Report operational issues, safety concerns, and workflow challenges to the supervisor Requirements: Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment Prior lead or team guidance experience preferred Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling Strong understanding of workplace safety and OSHA standards Ability to support and guide team members under supervisor direction Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods Reliable, teamoriented, and flexible with assigned duties Bilingual- Spanish PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
