You will be trained across multiple disciplines, becoming a master of: Precision Machining: Operating CNC and Engraving equipment. Finishing Work: Managing lamination, manual tacking, and card finishing. Quality Control: Reading blueprints and using your mechanical aptitude to ensure every product is perfect. Troubleshooting: Performing basic preventive maintenance to keep your station running smoothly. What You Bring to the Table: Experience: 2 years in a hands-on manufacturing or production environment. Technical Skills: You have "hands-on" expertise in at least one of the following: CNC, lamination, engraving, or manual tacking. Mindset: You’re a team player who is happy to jump in where needed to help the team hit daily targets. Details: You can read technical drawings/blueprints and have basic computer skills for data entry. Shift & Location: Primary Shift: 6AM - 6PM EST. Location: Located in Somerset, NJ.
