Job Description Are you looking for a SWEET new career path? Nassau Candy may have the perfect position for you Nassau Candy's promotion products arm , Chocolate Inn / Lanco, is currently seeking a Call Center Representative for its growing custom business in Hicksville Perks: Competitive Pay Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, AFLAC Paid Vacation, PTO, and Holidays Employee Discounts Family-oriented company culture, business casual attire And Pet Insurance Customer Service Functions: Providing stellar customer service and support to B2B customers Placing custom orders for company events, schools, Museums, amusement parks and much more. Handling vendor relations, working with unique custom orders and budgets. Handle all orders from order placement from beginning to end. Including, but is not limited to, verifying pricing, processing virtual proofs, quotes and order entry. Follow up on open samples, open quotes and proposals to clients as needed for Sales to gain final approval from client. Maintain great customer service and pleasant communication with all new and existing clients. Continually develop new product knowledge. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written skills. Must have at least 2 years' experience processing custom orders Must be highly detail oriented and accurate and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
