Job Purpose
We are looing for a Pr Strategy Partner to work with DPIT leadership and key stakeholders to support, develop and implement business strategies to improve business success, customer roadmap alignment and customer centricity. You must be IT knowledgeable, customer oriented & a strategic thinker. Communication is critical along with strong senior stakeholder management capability.

You will partner with key stakeholders regularly to drive customer centricity, understand their needs and strategic direction to translate customer strategy into DPIT actionable plans. This person will own the communication, engagement and customer centricity front door into DPIT and facilitate the DPIT Strategy board.

You will be an end to end strategy partner from engagement, customer needs profiling to strategy development and execution. You will create and maintain valued partnerships with the Business by gaining understanding of the Business' core needs, in the medium and long term (3-5 years) and develop aligned strategies to recommend innovative and appropriate IT enabled solutions which effectively balance derived value.

Key Accountabilities
This person is accountable for working with Business Unit and IS managers to understand business requirements and create robust proposals with sound business cases that meet business objectives.

• Understand customer requirements and business objectives
• Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
• Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with DPIT technical staff
• Support new technology implementation
• Produce reports
• Facilitate strategy board
  Qualifications
  • BSc/BA in computer science, IT or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business will be a plus
  • Experience as an IT Strategy consultant with working experience across a wide spectrum of IT technologies and capabilities across infrastructure & Operations
  • Strong senior stakeholder management capability and partnership with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Direct experience of a broad range of consulting approaches, competent understanding of IT and the best ways to implement IT to improve its strategic benefits and value
  • Strong experience in IT strategy development frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience of IT strategic, investment and program planning ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities
  • Understanding customer requirements and business objectives with the ability to translate into actionable strategies
  • Providing strategic advice on using technology to achieve business goals
  • Managing IT initiatives and collaborating with in-house DPIT teams to deliver strategy alignment
  • A high-level understanding of IT as applied in the Business Context and able to promote Infrastructure & Operation solutions
  • Commercial focus - good understanding of the cost and value drivers of IT and the Business
  • Ability to take initiative and act in a proactive manner; not needing significant direction or management
  • Ability to perform well in high pressure environment, balancing competing priorities with strong commitment to delivering results
  • Operate as a role model for Valued Business Partner behaviors
  • Previous experience is likely to have been gained in a consultancy environment, IT organization within a large global org or in a business role with significant exposure to IT Infrastructure and Operations
