Job Description:

JOB SUMMARYPerforms various processing and clerical support functions related to Debit/ATM operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProcess Debit/ATM applications received by mail or expedited via maintenance form. Process all Debit/ATM business card applications received by mail or expedited via maintenance form. Responds to customer/ branch inquiries on telephone hot-line and via the Card Services email group. Research all Debit/ATM card or card core system issues until resolved. Process all Travel Notes. Confirm receipt of all claims called in from the branch network and Customer Care Center. Process Visa Card claims in accordance with Regulation E and Visa operation rules.
