We have a supportive management team & a family atmosphere.The ideal candidate is an experienced Automotive Biller with at least 1-2 years of experience in an Automotive Dealership setting. ADP or Reynolds and Reynolds experience is preferred along with DMV knowledge and the ability to separate deals.The schedule is flexible, and some nights and weekends. We are looking to hire ASAP for this role. Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.We offer a competitive starting salary and there is room for rapid advancement for an individual who is bright, energetic, and career-minded. We look to hire only the best, so passing a drug test and a background check will be required.ResponsibilitiesVerifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle saleReceives and processes all paperwork from the F&I departmentPrepares tax and title documentsEnsures that all of the vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submittedAssists in creating and processing leasing and loan paperworkProvides additional administrative support as neededMaintains an orderly accounting systemMaintains accounts payable/receivablePerforms other duties as assignedExperienced QualificationsOne to two years of experience in an automotive dealershipStrong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suiteADP or Reynolds & Reynolds experienceDMV knowledgeAbility to separate dealsExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenAble to deal with confidential information appropriatelyHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong attention to detail and interest in accuracyHighly professional and dependableStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekendsNo Experience No Problem We WILL TRAIN YOU!If you have excellent typing skills, are detailed oriented, and have strong organizational skills, this is an excellent opportunity for a rewarding and successful career.
