The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including scheduling, contract management, safety management, quality control, budgeting, risk management, and more. The successful candidate will be a decisive leader with exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company and play a pivotal role in shaping our success.Responsibilities:1. Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.2. Ensure all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.3. Manage contracts and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.4. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes and regulations.5. Lead, guide, and manage the construction team to achieve project objectives.6. Implement and manage risk management strategies to minimize potential project risks.7. Oversee procurement and materials management processes to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of resources.8. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.9. Resolve conflicts and address problems swiftly and effectively to avoid project delays.10. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.11. Make informed and decisive decisions to ensure the success of construction projects.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a construction management role, preferably as a Superintendent.2. Proven experience in scheduling, contract management, safety management, quality control, budgeting, risk management, subcontractor management, construction planning, materials management, and building codes.3. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.4. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.6. Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.7. Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools.8. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.9. Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.10.
