Job Description:
Nassau Candy is a premier manufacturer, importer and distributor
of candy, specialty confections, gourmet foods and customized
products. We are currently seeking a Facilities and Parts Inventory
Administrator to join our growing team in Hicksville. The
Facilities and Parts Inventory Administrator is responsible for
maintaining facilities maintenance records, ordering and receiving
parts, and completing purchase orders and work orders. Focus is on
organizing and coordinating information to enable and support our

Job Requirements:Responsibilities: Initiate purchase orders Receive
product, match invoices, and support billing Maintain maintenance
records and reports Purchase spare parts and maintain inventory
Process invoices and support follow-up with our Finance
organization Interface with external vendors, suppliers, and
contractors Assist in other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications: Technical and mechanical background Proficient in
Microsoft Office programs with strong Excel skills Sound
administrative and mathematical skills with the ability to process
paperwork Planning and organizational skills Assertive; will
follow-up and ensure responses are received Solid understanding of
work orders, purchase orders, and invoices Ability to occasionally
lift to 30 lbs. and capable of bending, lifting small parts, and
pushing, pulling, or carrying light loads Self-starter/Motivated
