• Exciting Industry and TechnologyJob DetailsJob Details:Our organization is seeking a dynamic and skilled Permanent Production Engineer to join our Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in new product development, implementation, and manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for an individual who can leverage their technical knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills to enhance our production efficiency and product quality.Responsibilities:1. Oversee the development and implementation of new products in the production line, ensuring all specifications and standards are met.2. Conduct in-depth sensory and laboratory testing on products to ensure top-notch quality and safety.3. Utilize your expertise in manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.4. Implement and adhere to Total Quality Management (TQM) principles to maintain high production standards.5. Work closely with other engineers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot any issues that may arise in the production process.6. Continually assess and improve production methods and work on the development of innovative manufacturing techniques.7. Monitor and analyze the performance of the production line and take corrective actions when necessary.8. Document all production processes, changes, and updates for future reference and continuous improvement.Qualifications:1. A BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.2. At least 3 years of experience as a process engineer or production engineer in a manufacturing environment.3. Proven experience in new product development and implementation in production.4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Total Quality Management (TQM).5. Proficient in sensory testing and laboratory testing.6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.7. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.8. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.9. Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new ideas in a production environment.10.
