www.designatronics.com . ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY: We have an exciting
opportunity to join our Customer Service Team We---re looking for a
full-time Customer Service Representative to provide first class
customer service to our clients and support our mission of
delivering the highest quality component products and engineered
solutions on time and to customer specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES
INCLUDE: -- Answer inbound calls and review emails received from
existing and potential customers and respond with appropriate
action -- Accurately enter orders into the Visual ERP system for
further processing and order fulfillment. -- Review inventory
through the Visual ERP system, quote stock and special-order parts
and check availability and shipping dates. -- Review and track
progress of customer---s orders, follow up when necessary with
other departments to obtain information and provide detailed
information to customers. -- Make outbound follow up calls to
customers on quoted projects. -- Support our outside sales force as
needed. -- Flexible and open to take on other duties as needed.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: -- Excellent decision making, verbal and
written skills. -- Good telephone etiquette and diplomacy skills.
-- Must be able to interact with various departments [MR1] and
levels of positions. -- Must have good problem-solving skills. --
Must be able to multi-task efficiently. -- Working knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite. -- Must be able to pass a background check
and drug test. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: -- Associates or
bachelor---s degree preferred. -- Minimum of 2 years--- experience
working in a fast-paced Customer Service environment. -- Inside
