Company OverviewLeading Long Island Manage Service Provider is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic -Inside Sales / Purchasing Agent to join our growing Company on Long Island. - Attention to detail, strong verbal and handwritten skills required and a technical background is a plus. The Inside Sales / Purchasing agent -will be responsible for Purchasing products and services with Manufactures of Information Technology services. - Specifically, the candidate will - -be responsible for developing quotes for product purchase, Software Renewals, licensing procurement and working with leading global distributors and manufacturers. The Inside Sales / Purchasing Agent will be trained on all LincolnIT internal applications and services as required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and is comfortable working with owners and employees of small to medium-sized businesses. -This -includes -daily follow-up, quoting -and working with the internal LincolnIT technical and sales -departments. - Candidates will possess excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a sales team environment. - This position offers a competitive salary, commission plan, 401K, medical, vacation benefits, and the opportunity to work with honest, dedicated technology professionals in an outstanding team environment.Position Description:

Work in Sales Team environment supporting developing quotes and amendments in support of clients' needs Working experience working with Major IT Manufacturers and DistributorsExperience working with ConnectWise CRM to develop quotes. Work with the manufacturers on Deal registrations Be on calls with customer and vendors as required.Experience with both Hardware and SaaS products and the procurement of Office 365, Proofpoint , barracuda, HP, Dell, CSCO etc. Work to understand client's needs and collaborate with Sales and Professional Services to develop and present solutions. - - Work with other internal -departments in -support of the sales team objectives -Job Requirements

2-4 -Years using Microsoft Office Experience with ConnectWise CRM is a plusPrior experience in a Managed Service Provider or IT Consulting environment is a plus -Exceptional attention to detail and highly organizedAssertive work ethic, competitive drive, and entrepreneurial spiritHigh persistence and track-record of achieving goals.Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in team pursuits.Clear, controlled, and professional communication skills required.High attention to detail and qualityAbility to multitask and manage time and workload in a fast-paced environment.Position is based in Hicksville NY Work from home if applicableRewards
