our Multi-Specialty Area Sales Manager. Based in Deerfield, IL, and
covering key regions, this role demands a dynamic leader capable of
driving growth across multiple pharmaceutical product lines. This
position requires a strategic mindset to manage a diverse product
portfolio, with a strong focus on both existing and pipeline
products that adhere to our mission of improving life quality for
patients suffering from neurological disorders. The ideal candidate
will lead and inspire a team to exceed sales targets through
innovative approaches while maintaining compliance with industry
regulations and company policies. Develop and execute effective
area sales strategies across multiple specialties. Lead regional
sales teams, providing coaching, training, and performance
management. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual
budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and
initiating corrective measures. Ensure compliance with industry
regulations and internal policies in all promotional activities.
Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare
professionals and decision-makers. Assess market trends and
competitor activities to adjust strategies that meet business
goals. Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and product
management teams to leverage product potential. Strong leadership
and people management Proven sales planning and territory
management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability
to analyze sales data and market trends Knowledge of pharmaceutical
