prospecting, closing, and driving new revenue. This role is built

No administrative focus. Success is measured by new business
written, conversion rates, and revenue generated . This is a fully
licensed position requiring Property & Casualty and Life & Health
licenses. Candidates who are not yet licensed must be willing to
obtain licenses quickly with full agency training and support. Role
Overview As an Acquisition Specialist , your mission is simple:
bring in new clients and new revenue . You will aggressively pursue
prospects, uncover insurance and financial needs, and present
tailored solutions that protect clients while growing the agency.
What Youll Do Drive New Business Prospect daily through outbound
calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion Sell insurance and financial
service products across auto, home, life, health, and financial
service lines Convert warm and cold leads into bound policies and
financial products Lead Sales Conversations Conduct discovery
conversations to uncover coverage gaps and financial opportunities
Present confident, value-driven recommendations Ask for the sale
and close consistently Maximize Revenue Cross-sell and upsell to
